Happy Easter! I hope everyone is having a great Easter Sunday with family and friends today. In this blog post, I share my daughter’s very simple 5-item Easter basket.
This is my second year making an Easter basket for my daughter, but she’s gotten 2-3 Easter baskets each Ester since she was born. She is 3 years old now.
I am against candy and I only buy my daughter candy in rare occasion. I included one candy this year in her basket and last year I did not include any candy. Elena eats enough candy at her grandparents’ house.

Here are the 5 things I included in my daughter’s Easter basket:
- LOL dolls string backpack ( $3 at Target)
- Reese’s Bunny ( $3 at Menards)
- Water fizzer ( $1 at Target)
- Dr. Seuss number flash cards ($1 at Target)
- Bunny plush (gift from my mom)
Elena’s favorite item from her basket was the LOL dolls string backpack!
We are currently learning number recognition in our homeschool, so that is why I included number flashcards. Elena knows how to count 0-11.
The snail frizzer will be a good science experiment for her.
Do you celebrate Easter?
